Fourfold Path of Teaching
This online immersion and teacher training is designed for 200-hour teacher training graduates who want to refine their personal practice and teaching through study, personal exploration, and direct experience.  Christina Sell, known for her clarity, down-to-earth teaching style, and sense of humor has synthesized her thirty  years of teaching experience in both   fitness and  yoga,  her  diverse training in spirituality and personal growth methods,  and  her personal  insight from practice and study into a 6-month, online  immersion and teacher development  program.Â
Overview
Based on Christina’s Fourfold Path of Teaching that considers Inspiration, Information, Experience, and Integration as interconnected aspects of learning, this unique educational model will help you find joy, meaning, and fulfillment in your relationship to yourself, your practice, your teaching, and your students.  This integrative approach considers yoga as an educational  process that draws forth the wisdom of the Spiritual Heart, the Intellect, the Emotions, and the Body in ever-expanding and creative expressions.Â
Over the past few years, students have asked for a training program that would help them:
- deepen their philosophical understanding,
- clarify their anatomical  knowledge,
- enhance their ability to teach alignment in asana with both inspiration and precision,
- and provide a personal learning community for support and connection.
Taught from basic principles, not rigid dogma, this program is perfect for teachers who want to learn the context of practice and teaching methods and who are willing to work with concepts over time so that they grow increasingly able to express their understanding authentically rather than mechanically.
